Windows update · 1.0.2.1

Easier setup and update notifications.

Newly typed firearm models now save correctly. You can add a caliber directly from the firearm or ammunition form, and catalog searches no longer empty those entry lists. Catalog Add buttons now have clear labels and open entry dialogs. FMS checks for updates at startup and every 30 minutes while open, with a version and change summary when an update is available. Choose Download and install when ready. Each incremental Windows build now has its own revision. The update also includes the beta usage-sharing changes described below.

Existing beta sharing preferences are retained. Beta installations without a saved preference enable aggregate usage sharing; you can change this in Settings. Non-beta installations remain excluded.

Before updating an existing collection, create and verify a backup. Approved beta testers can download the current Windows installer through their private Beta Resources link. Watch the initial setup guide.
